we wanted to make coffee for a long time.

and with So many coffee shops being overthrown by the big corporates like Starbucks,

Bigby, Tullys, or any big chain coffee shops.

And with good independent coffee shops around we couldn't just go and start another coffee shop,

maybe?

Nope.

So, we wanted to be in everybody's coffee shop, and we wanted to be on your coffee table at home or your kitchen table or wherever you drink your coffee.

So, the simple way to go about it is to roast and grind your own coffee package it and sell it. It's a fresh approach to independent coffee.

Sure, it may be an old idea, but we can put a twist on it.

we may not be the only coffee roasting in the area

but we grind it,

manufacturer it,

and make it original.

so, I guess that puts us somewhat in a unique position.

We just roast the coffee from the best supply we can get,

come up with a secret blend.

roast it ourselves and grind it just for you.
